Anyone who thought sleeping next to your sweetheart was only fun has apparently never slept next to a snoring partner. And what turns out now? Not only is it terribly irritating, it is also bad for your health to sleep next to a partner who sleeps all night.

The British magazine The Independent spoke to several researchers. They indicated that for every 5 decibels your blood pressure increases by 0.66 mm! So if you lie all night next to someone who snores (very loudly), your body can react badly to that. High blood pressure can cause stress in the short term. But in the long term it brings even more dangers. For example, it could cause an increased risk of dementia, heart disease, stroke or kidney disease. What do you mean, appoint?
