In the past year we saw the phenomenon of less is more when it comes to jewelry. We really enjoyed that at the time, but now we are ready for something new. And what better way to do that than with new ear jewelry? We have listed the coolest trends of this year for you.
Double rings
This year we are trying to get the most out of it. By this we mean that one piercing hole is also good for multiple jewelry. Eh? Yep, we’re putting multiple rings through one hole this year. We’re going for a super chunky look – isn’t that wonderful? Be careful not to wear earrings that are too heavy, otherwise the hole can be stretched more quickly.
Mixing materials
It started to show up a bit last year, but now all boundaries have disappeared. We can mix materials again. Gold plus silver is no longer a shame, but a trend! Nothing is necessary anymore and everything is allowed. Other colors, such as rose gold jewelry, can also be mixed with each other. Yay!
Chains
Chains are still totally hot this year and we are also going for this vibe in our ears. You can of course put in a single chain, but what about two holes that are chained together? It is clear that you need at least two piercings for this, but hey, that’s still manageable, right?
Star signs
There is a good chance that you already have a bracelet, necklace or anklet with your zodiac sign on it. Very nice of course, but we will also continue this with our ear piercings in 2024. Whether it is a ring with a pendant or a stud earring, anything is possible. Birth stones and birth flowers are also all the rage this year.
Holes mixed up
Three holes neatly next to each other is of course beautiful. However, we want to do things a little differently this year (don’t worry, it is sustainable for the coming years). Piercings and holes all mixed up in your ear is the trend. Bonus points if you also choose different types of piercings: rings, studs, chains, you name it.
