How To Lose a Guy In 10 Days is a funny film that follows an unexpected love story. This classic rom-com is about Andie, a columnist who has a “How to…” column in a magazine. She is assigned to write a column about how you can lose your boyfriend within 10 days due to your behavior. The man she chooses for this, Ben, coincidentally has also just made a bet with his colleagues. Namely that he can make a woman fall in love with him within 10 days and chooses Andie for this. This film is based on the successful book by Casey McQuiston. It’s on Prime Video for streaming. Alex, the son of the President of the USA and Henry the Prince of England are rivals. Circumstances force them to form a friendship, or at least pretend to be friends. This blossoms into something more than that and the two try to keep it a secret and it leads to funny situations.

3. Plus One

Ben and Alice were good friends in college. The two meet again at a wedding. They are in their 20s and both single. Their friends get married like crazy. Do you like an enemies to lovers love story? You will definitely like these three films:

The film tells the love story of Samir and Eveline. Meanwhile, you also get to see that Samir struggles with the environment in which he grew up. Sounds serious but is really funny.

2. Hartenstraat

Both Daan and Katje have a shop in Hartenstraat. Other than that they don’t have much in common. Katje (what’s in a name) comes across as catty and blunt. Daan is actually very warm-hearted. The two don’t match and hate each other. However, they are both looking for love. The film also follows other funny love stories in the meantime. You watch Hartenstraat on Netflix.

3. Meskina

The film Meskina can be seen on Netflix. Meskina is about thirtysomething Leyla who is trying to find her way in love. Despite all her family’s expectations to get married quickly, she does not rush it. During her search, many things go wrong, putting her in difficult but hilarious situations.
