Queen Camilla (76) is apparently still finding it very difficult to deal with the loss of Paul O’Grady. The TV star died in April this year at the age of 67. He struggled with health problems and eventually succumbed to a sudden cardiac arrhythmia. Camilla was close friends with him. She will soon express how much the comedian meant to her.
As Daily Mail reports, the 76-year-old will pay tribute to the deceased on December 25 as part of a special broadcast in his honor on Boom Radio. A letter she wrote will be read there, which was already read out at his memorial service in October. It says, among other things: “I miss Paul very. I had the pleasure of knowing him for many years, laughing at his caustic way with words and being infinitely touched by his kind heart.” He was a welcome guest at all events.
Camilla and her husband King Charles III. (75) had already met shortly after Paul’s (✝67) Death reported on Twitter, now X. “We are deeply saddened by the death of Paul O’Grady“who has worked closely with Her Majesty in supporting Battersea and has provided lots of laughter and many tail-wagging memories,” were her words. Battersea is an organization that supports dogs and cats in need.
