He’s up to something! Blake Shelton (47) has been a successful country singer for many years. He also sat on the jury for 23 seasons of the US version of The Voice. Just a few months ago he cleared out his red swivel chair to devote himself to other projects. This apparently also includes his health and his lifestyle: in the coming year Blake namely change one thing in itself!
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 47-year-old chats about his plans for 2024. “I haven’t managed to stop drinking yet. Even cutting back was difficult.” Want to do that Blake but is now working and therefore resolves to cut out alcohol: “That’s my New Year’s resolution. Either to drink less or to stop drinking completely,” emphasizes Blake.
The singer could also start straight away on New Year’s Eve, as a big party with guests and drinks is apparently not planned. The singer will probably spend a relaxing evening with his love Gwen Stefani (54): “If we’re at home on New Year’s Eve, we’ll probably go to bed before it [0 Uhr ist].”
