The case is once again causing a stir. Last year, singer Melissa Schuman (39) made serious allegations against Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter (43): He allegedly forced her to perform oral sex in 2002, which is why she is taking legal action against him. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the 43-year-old wants to continue the case in California. Melissa however, asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to Nicks Deny motion to dismiss case in California and move it to Nevada instead. The reason she gave was that many of the witnesses invited live in this state.
Already accused seven years ago Melissa the musician – but the charges were rejected at the time. Nick himself continues to deny the allegations because Melissa has been trying to extort money from him for several years. “Melissa Schuman has been peddling this story for many years, but her claim was false when she first made it in 2017 – and it still is,” his lawyer told TMZ.
