The royal couple was actually supposed to attend a church service together on Wednesday. However, the heir to the throne appeared alone at the event – and spoke briefly and succinctly about his wife’s infection. “She is fine,” the father of two assured journalists, as the Norwegian press agency NTB reported.
Unfortunately, it’s not the first time that Mette Marit Had to cancel an appointment due to health reasons. This had already happened last year – among other things, she had to cancel an event in September 2022 because she was feeling so badly because of her strong medication.
