He has a very clear opinion! After the end of the Christmas holidays, New Year’s Eve and the New Year are fast approaching. Many stars and starlets take this as an opportunity to share their New Year’s resolutions with their fans. Everything from more exercise to drinking less alcohol is included. However, the Der Bergdoktor star Hans Sigl (54) is not a big fan of New Year’s resolutions!
The actor doesn’t believe in New Year’s resolutions, as he revealed in an interview with Bunte: “That’s no use.” And he also celebrates the beginning of the coming year in a rather unusual way: “I’m not a New Year’s Eve party-goer and especially not with fireworks and stuff like that.” The Austrian prefers to have some peace and quiet on New Year’s Eve instead of a big party. “Perhaps with a glass of champagne to toast. That’s it,” he explains his next plan.
However, the new year could possibly bring some changes for the series doctor, because as with his role as Dr. Martin Gruber will continue is still up in the air. Hans recently announced to Gala that he didn’t want to play the role of the mountain doctor forever: “I won’t retire with Martin.” Apparently he wants to try things out a bit before the end of his career.
