In Winter full of Love, participant Marco is reacquainted with a new potential love partner. While he is bonding with the single Joyce, the Argentinian Vanina suddenly appears at the door. And Vanina does catch the eye of Marco and the viewers. Not only because of her accent and poor Dutch, but especially because she resembles an old acquaintance from B&B full Love. Thalia, is that you?
Marco in Winter full of Love
In Norway you will find the boutique hotel of Winter full of Love participant Marco. He also takes a shot at love in the first season. When he is not working, he is still very active. He loves walks in the snow, enjoys husky rides and regularly takes an ice bath. He also likes to go on adventures in his Landrover, which is equipped with a roof tent. He really enjoys life in the Norwegian town of Heggenes, but is still missing one thing: a nice partner by his side.
The season has now been running for a while and Marco has also let a few women go. After Tineke and Joyce, another Joyce now sleeps in his hotel, with whom we click. That’s probably because of Joyce’s intense backstory. For example, she got cancer in the past. That also happens to be the disease from which Marco’s wife died. So his ex-lover will always have a special place in his heart. Something Joyce completely understands and has no problem with. It makes her seem perfect for him, but she still has competition.
Thalia’s sister?
In episode 11 of Winter full of Love, viewers and Marco are introduced to another potential love partner. And viewers get a bit of a shock as soon as the new woman – her name is Vanina – appears on screen. Viewers see a look-alike of an old acquaintance from B&B full of Love. “There she is! Thalia 2.0,” responds a viewer on social media channel Oh no! Fans of B&B full of Love and Winter full of Love know Thalia all too well. Only she didn’t make such a good impression with the viewers. Is this a bad sign for Vanina?

Vanina
Fortunately for Marco, 43-year-old Vanina seems to be a completely different person than Thalia from B&B full of Love. In terms of appearance she may look a bit like the old acquaintance, but the inside of Vanina seems really different. Vanina, who works as an aesthetic specialist, comes across as a lot friendlier. She is also a spiritual person, but down-to-earth. By the way, her name is Argentinian, which immediately explains her accent and poor Dutch. Beforehand, Vanina thought Marco had a nice smile and her thoughts about him only got better. After the meeting she is even more impressed. “I think Marco is an attractive man,” she responds to the camera.
There is a good chance that Vanina will teach viewers and Marco new things. During the introduction, she immediately starts talking about pranic feng shui. Huh? “With pranic feng shui, small changes can make a big difference,” she explains. That’s why she wants a room with a view of the east. Marco is of course hospitable enough to give her this room. She also thinks it’s nice that she thinks like that. “That’s why she has that peace in her,” he says. “Totally feng shui.” Interesting!
