Bellezza chef Davy van Wezel and CHAN have jointly created a menu around the theme Food is my Religion, a tribute to the former monastery where the restaurant now resides. The restaurant reveals: “The first five courses are served at the communal table in the mirror room, where the space changes with the courses. Each dish comes with an accompanying audio-visual work that completes Van Wezel’s dish. The evening then moves to the first floor for the last course in the heavenly dessert room and the digestif in the bar.”
