It finally starts again! Stranger Things has been captivating mystery fans to their screens for seven years now. Due to the ongoing strikes in Hollywood, the start of filming on the hit series was recently delayed, leaving viewers uncertain as to when the group around Elfie will return to Hawkins for the last time. The makers of the series have just announced that filming of the final season has begun. Now post Ross Duffer (39) first photos!
The series producer shares some impressions from the set on Instagram. In the snapshots, Joe Keery (31) and Maya Hawke (25) can be seen, grinning mischievously and holding a clapperboard with the inscription “‘Stranger Things’ Season 5” into the camera. But attentive fans can also catch a few glimpses of the scenes and some snacks. Ross writes: “Day 1”.
The followers are absolutely thrilled by the insights. “So exciting. I love these behind-the-scenes insights,” enthuses one user.
