The 33-year-old shared a snapshot on his Instagram profile in which a sparkling ring adorns his loved one’s finger. commented on the post Andre simply with the following words: “I had a question for Julia.” The project manager posted a video on her profile that captured the moment Andre gets on his knees in front of her and asks her the question of all questions.
