According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, alleged victim Justin Poplawski is accusing the artist of assault and battery. The fan is said to have been attacked by the musician in early 2022 after he asked him for an autograph. “Get out of here before I beat you up,” Kanye is said to have threatened the autograph hunter before beating him up. The plaintiff is demanding unspecified damages.
Only recently, however, did Kanye score a victory in court: his former business partner Thomas St. John sued the 46-year-old for breach of contract. However, RadarOnline has documents showing Thomas retracted the allegations.
