She had hopes! Bachelor in Paradise is slowly coming to an end. Shortly before the final Rose Night, the singles still have something to do: they get to know each other’s families! For Adrian Alian (27) and Rebecca Ries’ family date, the two’s mothers traveled to Thailand. But Adrian’s mom actually wanted another woman at his side!
“I dreamed that it might be Melissa (28). She was on The Bachelorette and when I saw her, I was totally crazy about her. Her character suits Adrian,” Adrian’s mom admits in advance. She doesn’t keep this a secret from Rebecca either! “Sorry, darling, for saying this, but I thought it was Melissa. I dreamed about it too,” she reveals bluntly to Rebecca and Adrian. When the man from Aachen reported that Melissa was even there and that he had decided against her, his mom was amazed.
After this announcement, everyone has to swallow. “It was a bit strange,” Rebecca’s mom admits afterwards. The ex-Bachelor candidate sees it more calmly: “She expressed her feelings openly and honestly and rather than saying to Adrian behind my back ‘Rebecca? Why not Melissa.'” Adrian’s mother emphasizes that she is shouldn’t take it personally and that she’s happy with it too.
