The antioxidants in rice water protect your skin well against external damage, such as UV damage. We still recommend that you continue using SPF, but rice water can certainly help. Furthermore, it has an anti-aging effect, is very moisturizing and can relieve irritation. Finally, it can also help resolve pigment spots. Rice water can be used safely by almost anyone, the only exception is for people with an allergy to this ingredient. Furthermore, this ingredient is best for people with normal to oily skin. The ingredient can make dry skin feel drier.
This is how you use it
Rice water is best used as a toner. You therefore use it after cleaning the face. You can use the product both in the morning and in the evening. To keep your skin well hydrated, we recommend following the rice water with a moisturizing cream or serum.
You can easily make rice water yourself. You do this by soaking rice in water. Just be careful not to make too much rice water at once, as you cannot store it for long. We recommend adding four times as much water as rice. Then let it soak for half an hour to an hour. Now you can remove the rice from the water and pour the water into a bottle.
