Leopard print and sequins: is that you, Vic?
We know that most royals usually color within the lines when it comes to fashion. Yet every now and then we see an outlier. This time it was Princess Victoria: she surprised us last weekend in a very daring leopard print dress.
Bold looks
We can imagine the average royal lady wearing a neat dress (beyond the knee, that is), a pair of neat slippers and, if possible, a chic headgear. Yet it is becoming increasingly common for royals to opt for a more daring look. Queen Letizia is not afraid to show her toned shoulders, our Máxima regularly appears in a dress with a subtle décolleté, and we recently saw Eloise van Oranje in a real underboob look.
Panther print and sequins
Last Friday, however, it was a rather unexpected royal who for once stepped away from the standard royal fashion image. Princess Victoria surprised many royalty watchers when she made an appearance at the Swedish Business Award ceremony in Germany. For the occasion, the Crown Princess dressed in a real leopard print dress with sequins, which Royal Fashion Police tells us is a new copy of the By Malina brand.

Back cleavage
Neither the leopard print nor the sequins were what made Victoria’s look so daring. The princess left a large part of her back exposed in the dress. Want to cheat? Here are photos of Victoria’s back cleavage. The Crown Princess completed her outfit with a pair of black pumps and a glitter-studded clutch. As usual, she wore her royal locks pulled back into a neat bun. We are curious: will Vic go one step further next time by letting her hair down?
