As Bild reports, the Berlin-Charlottenburg district court has opened insolvency proceedings over the Lebanese-born man’s assets. Kida himself has not yet commented on the events. “Mr. Ramadan will not comment,” his lawyer said. The 47-year-old’s former barber shop, which he opened in Berlin-Kreuzberg five years ago, is also the subject of the debt settlement process.
