“Absolutely not, because I went into the pregnancy healed,” says the 30-year-old in an interview with Bild and adds: “I currently feel more than comfortable in my body. I gratefully accept the changes – including the small stretch marks Cracks and varicose veins.” That’s just part of it – falling into old patterns couldn’t be a problem for Antonia.
The old habits no longer concern the fitness influencer. “I was thinking earlier that in the past I would have sunk into binge eating in situations like this,” she admitted in her Instagram story a few months ago. This would have distracted her and numbed herself so that she could think of other things. “Today I just – thank God – deal with such situations completely differently,” she continued.
