Was he too naive? Shepherd Heinrich (57) took part in the dating show Bauer sucht Frau in 2008 in order to find true love – but without success. But after a few love failures, the big feelings finally seemed to work out: the shepherd is said to have had an admirer since 2021. But the supposed great affection between Heinrich and his beloved ultimately turned out to be a scam!
Linda started writing to him two years ago and sent revealing pictures, he explains to Bild. After a TV appearance, she wrote to him saying that she wanted to visit him but was currently in Nigeria for work. She didn’t have the money for the flight to Germany, which is why she asked Heinrich to give her some. “I never transferred any money to her, but if I had the money, I would have been weak and would have sent her any amount,” he admits honestly. However, his friend found it strange. He googled her phone number and found out that behind the love chatter there was a scam in which fraudsters pretend to be women in love using stolen photos.
This revelation severely shocked the love-hungry shepherd: “I’m shocked and sad that my Linda doesn’t even exist. That hurts. I was hoping for a future together.” Nevertheless, he was ultimately happy that he didn’t transfer any money to her.
