Love Island couple Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae announced on August 14th via Instagram that they are going to split. There was a lot of speculation about Tommy, who allegedly cheated on a Danish woman. Tommy makes himself heard and responds to all the accusations.
The rift between Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae
Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury’s Instagram account announced that the famous couple is splitting up. The Love Island couple did not really give a clear reason for this, but there were rumours about Tommy having made a mistake. Molly-Mae shared on her Instagram story: “After five years together, I never expected our story to end. Especially not like this. I am incredibly sad to announce that Tommy and I have come to an end.” Tommy then also speaks out: “It is with a broken heart that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship. The past five years have led to having our beautiful baby girl Bambi and I will forever be grateful to Molly for making me a father.”
Rumors of cheating
Before the couple announced that they were breaking up, we had already seen videos of Tommy in the club being quite affectionate with other ladies. This made the rumours that Tommy had cheated on him grow bigger. The Danish woman Milla Corfixen, who previously denied in an interview with The Sun that she had kissed Tommy, recently revealed that they had indeed exchanged a kiss. Milla indicates that she did not know that Tommy was in a relationship with Molly-Mae. She says on her Instagram story: “I had to delete all my Instagram posts because of hate comments, something I also said in an interview earlier. I did not do anything with Tommy Fury. I also had no idea who he was. We only kissed, but nothing else happened. If I had known about Molly-Mae I would never have kissed him back.” Milla also indicated that Tommy asked her and all her friends to sit at a table with him in the club, but that this was more friendly.
Tommy responds to the accusations
Tommy has responded to all the allegations through a representative. The representative said: “Tommy is shocked by the false allegations of infidelity being spread by the media and is consulting his lawyers.” Molly-Mae and Tommy were together for five years and have a daughter together, Bambi, who Molly-Mae has said in her vlogs is doing well.
