We had to wait a while, but our patience is rewarded: today the participants of the upcoming season of Expeditie Robinson are finally being announced! In the brand new season, which starts next month, twenty celebrities will compete with each other again – including none other than Real Housewife of Amsterdam Kimmylien Nguyen!

Fans of Expeditie Robinson have their hands full today: throughout the day, various channels will reveal who exactly will be seen in the upcoming season. For example, Videoland itself revealed this morning that dancer Timor Steffens, vlogger and influencer Marijn Kuipers, and presenter Ouassima Tajmout are among the participants.
Our colleagues from Grazia then had the honor of also revealing three names. It was announced that StukTV presenter and ex-Bachelor Thomas van der Vlugt, Olympic boxer Nouchka Fontijn, and TV chef Ramon Brugman will also be competing.
Glamour in the jungle
The third set of names revealed has a very glamorous edge. In addition to Olympic windsurfer Kiran Badloe, model Ymre Stiekema and Real Housewife Kimmylien are also participating! After RHOAMS-mate Maria Tailor made an impression last year by holding out until the bitter end in Special Forces VIPS, the bar has of course been set high for Kimmylien.

“Anyone who knows me well knows how big a fan I am of the show, so you can imagine how excited I was when I was asked. Of course I said YES!”, she reveals.
The housewife has already shared several sweet messages from her cast mates via her Instagram Stories. Cherry-Ann Person writes: “My girlfriend is in Expeditie Robinson!! Too cool!!! Really tough!!!” Maria simply responds with the words ‘Let’s goooo’. Did she give her good friend some useful advice in advance about suffering and persevering? Who knows!
Unveiling
Who else will be participating in the upcoming season? That should become clear in the course of the day. With all the revelations so far, we certainly cannot wait until the new season can be seen. We just have to be patient for a little while longer: from September 1st, a new episode can be seen every Sunday evening at 8:00 PM.
