Christmas cocktail
1. Spoom
We start with this refreshing Christmas cocktail. This spoom consists of sorbet ice cream and lemon. An ideal drink as an entree. You can continue to the next corridor. This is how you make it!
Ingredients for four people
- 1 lemon
- 500 ml lemon sorbet ice cream
- 200 ml freshly squeezed cranberry pear and apple juice
- 150 ml sparkling wine
You will also need: a blender, champagne flutes and a zester
This is how you make it:
- Scrub the lemon clean and make sure you cut the yellow peel of the fruit into thin strips. Use a zester for this.
- Place the lemon sorbet in a blender with some freshly squeezed juice and the sparkling wine. Mix this until a smooth mixture.
- Pour this mixture into the champagne flutes and garnish with lemon peel. Just serve!
2. Glitter cocktail
A little glitter and glamor cannot be missed during Christmas. A very fresh and light Christmas cocktail with bubbles!
Ingredients for four people
- 1 gold glitter spray
- 30 g golden cotton candy
- 500ml prosecco
You will also need: Champagne glasses
This is how you make it
- Spray the inside of the champagne glass with gold glitter spray.
- Then divide 1/2 of the cotton candy into 1 tuft per person. Then spray each strand with the glitter spray 6 times and fold it into a ball (glitter bombe).
- Pour the glasses almost full of prosecco. Place the glitter bombs in the glasses and stir so that the glitter spreads well.
- Now divide the rest of the cotton candy among the glasses. Time to drink!
3. Spicy pink x-mas cocktail
Have you ever heard of the Spicy pink x-mas cocktail? Spicy, but super tasty. In addition, it is also 100% vegan! This Christmas cocktail is made from aquafaba and not egg white.
Ingredients for four people
- 2 red grapefruits
- 350 ml chickpeas
- 1 red jalapeño pepper
- 50 ml elderflower syrup
- 1 tsp Nielsen Massey Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract
You will also need: A cocktail shaker and martini glasses
This is how you make it
- Squeeze the grapefruits and strain the juice into a bowl. Then drain the chickpeas and collect the liquid. The moisture is only used. Now cut the jalapeño pepper into as thin slices as possible.
- Now it’s time to shake. Place the 300 ml grapefruit juice, the chickpea liquid, half of the jalapeño, the vodka, elderflower syrup and vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker. You can do this in two parts if necessary. Shake everything well to create foam. Pour this into glasses and divide the rest of the pepper rings over it. Time to spice it up!
4.White cocktail
This Christmas cocktail is perfect as a welcome drink for Christmas dinner. Beautiful and also super tasty. This sets the tone!
Ingredients for four people
- 200 ml whole milk
- 100 ml condensed whole milk
- 12 ice cubes
- 120 ml vodka
- 100 ml hot espresso
You will also need: skewers and whiskey glasses
This is how you make it
- Soak the skewers briefly in cold water and then pat them dry. In the meantime, bring the milk to the boil in a small saucepan, turn off the heat and add the condensed milk. Stir everything together well until you get a nice mixture.
- Now divide the ice cubes and vodka among the glasses. Thread 2 marhmallows onto each skewer. Grill these alternately for 5 seconds over a BBQ or gas stove. They should be lightly charred.
- Then divide the coffee and hot milk between the glasses and insert the skewers with marshmallows.
