There aren’t many couple snapshots with her husband Cooke Maroney – just every now and then when the paparazzi catch the actress and her lover. It was all the more surprising that she recently spoke about her wedding and said how stressful the celebration was. At the same time revealed Jenniferthat she wanted to send a celebrity home at the rehearsal dinner!
Speaking to E! News at the Golden Globes, she explained, among other things, why her wedding was so stressful for her: She was constantly worried that not everyone would be able to have fun. This thought also plagued her at the rehearsal dinner before the wedding. “I looked over and saw Robert De Niro (80), who didn’t know anyone and was kind of wandering around, and I immediately thought, ‘No, that’s not what he wants to do. I don’t want him here,'” there Jennifer with a humorous tone again.
She made short work of it and spoke to him. “‘Go home,’ and he was nice – he talked to my parents and was polite – but I said ‘go,'” laughed Jennifer. This little exchange alone had actually made her evening easier. If Robert really left is not known.
