Get breast implants
Women who have small breasts have probably thought about it. Do I want to get implants? Of course, it all has to do with having self-confidence and feeling better about yourself. That is actually the only (major) advantage of it. As a woman with smaller breasts you can feel very insecure (conversely, women with large breasts are often also insecure!). Whether you actually end up getting breast implants is of course entirely up to you. But be sure to read carefully about the dangers that implants also entail.
Disadvantages (and risks) of breast implants

- The procedure to have implants placed has a hefty price tag. This cosmetic procedure can cost between 2000 and 6000 euros. That’s no small feat!
- You run the risk of leaking implants (this is also called “gel bleed”).
- You have an increased risk of BIA-ALCL. This is a rare form of lymphatic cancer.
- Implants need to be replaced over time, which again means a cosmetic procedure with additional costs.
- There is a risk of toxins entering the body through any leaking silicone.
- Medical complaints due to the toxins, including: fatigue, hair loss, inflammation, bad skin, heart problems, muscle pain and joint pain.
- Mental complaints, including: anxiety attacks, panic attacks, poorer memory and concentration problems, gloomy feelings.
Breast Implant Illness
Have you ever heard of the term Breast Implant Illness? This is the collective name for the various medical complaints that women experience after the procedure. However, not every woman experiences these complaints. There are also ‘success stories’ regarding breast implants.
