It is therefore not surprising if you have a headache, are tired or are not feeling well. Of course it has various causes, but waste products are certainly a culprit here.

People then say “I’m going to the toilet, it might take a while, so don’t bother me.” It is of course nice if you have doors in the office that can be closed completely. You prefer to go to a place where you can relax. But if this really doesn’t work, then just let everything go. Better that you let it out than that you come home and everything is clogged, right?
