Queen Máxima is in Venlo this afternoon for a working visit to the Care Evaluation & Appropriate Use (ZE&GG) program. Her outfit with a cool animal print is anything but new.
ZE&GG wants every patient in the Netherlands to receive the proven best care. The visit takes place in the VieCuri Medical Center in Venlo where the recommendations from ZE&GG are applied in practice.
Due to an aging population, staff shortages and increased treatment options, the affordability and accessibility of care is increasingly under pressure. Healthcare professionals, healthcare providers, health insurers, patient organizations and the government have committed themselves to ZE&GG. Together, the parties put on the agenda the care for which there is still insufficient knowledge about its effectiveness and what research needs to be done. When it is known which care has been proven to be effective, it is implemented in the workplace and monitored in hospitals and clinics. The continuous cycle of agenda-setting, evaluating, implementing and monitoring allows care to be applied in a more targeted manner. In this way, ZE&GG contributes to keeping healthcare accessible and affordable.
Fashion
Máxima’s outfit consists of a gray pencil skirt made of virgin wool, which ends high at the waist. The top is made of silk and stands out because of the shiny animal print. Label: Nathan.
Around 2012, the Belgian fashion house sold many gray pencil skirts with a high waist + matching top. Today’s set also comes from this year. On December 7, 2012, she wore it during the christening of an environmentally friendly gas tanker.
