We are of course all curious which dresses the crown princesses will wear this time.
Prince William and Princess Kate will enjoy a musical evening on November 30 during the annual Royal Variety Performance. However, they will not only spend this meaningful evening together, but together with the Swedish royals Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel. A royal double date, in other words!
Royal Variety Performance
Every year the absolute top of the Commonwealth’s entertainment world is invited to the big Royal Variety Performance. Comedians, singers and bands, theater, theater and even magic: they all put their best foot forward to impress the royals.
Double date
The Prince and Princess of Wales will go to the music festival together with the Swedish royals to admire singer Cher on the British stage. The event takes place annually at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
At the request of the Swedish government, the Swedish royals will travel to England to attend the event. It is therefore not surprising that the foursome will appear together, as Victoria and Daniel were invited to the wedding of the British crown princely couple, and a pregnant Kate and Wills visited them in 2018.
Common interests
The bond between the four seems to be going well since 2018. For example, Kate and Victoria share many common interests. After their marriage in 2010, Victoria and Daniel decided to set up a foundation with the aim of helping children and young people escape social isolation, something the Princess of Wales is also strongly committed to.
This is the fifth time for Kate and William to attend the Royal Variety Performance. The last time the pair attended the festival was in 2021, when the princess wore a beautiful green dress by fashion designer Jenny Packham. What will the fashion princesses wear this time? We can’t wait.
