Last year Máxima presented us with many almost forgotten dresses and in 2024 she will continue that trend. Today she wore a ten-year-old dress in New York.
The Queen is in New York today for her UN work on financial inclusion. Her working day started with a meeting with the Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, and the head of the United Nations Development Programme, Achim Steiner. She also had internal discussions with the employees of the UNSGSA office that provided substantive support to her.
Regular visitors to this website will recognize Máxima’s dress from Natan. The design with four color boxes and a strip of leather around the waist debuted in 2014 and has been reworn eight times since. That’s a lot by royal standards. In fact: never before has Máxima worn an outfit (publicly) so often.

The black watch is a Cartier Santos. The queen wears this timepiece regularly in private, but only rarely in public.
Máxima’s gray pearl and diamond earrings first appeared on September 20, 2023. The origin is unknown. Given the shape of the earring, I suspect they can also be extended with a pendant.
