Surprising: Thomas Drechsel is leaving GZSZ after 15 years!

Bad news for all daily soap fans! Thomas Drechsel (36) is ending GZSZ. In 2009 he appeared on screen for the first time as Max Krüger, known as Tuner. His performance was well received by fans – the supporting role quickly became an integral part of the cast. What followed were 15 successful years on set. Now takes Thomas Farewell to tuner and the rest GZSZ-Family!

The numerous years as part of the show have had a huge impact on him, he says Thomas in conversation with RTL. He wanted to thank him from the bottom of his heart for the eventful collaboration: “We laughed and cried together.” Saying goodbye to his colleagues will not be easy for him. “GZSZ will always remain a part of me,” emphasizes the Berliner.

As a tuner he was able to experience a lot. “The whipping boy became a bar owner and ultimately a millionaire. Tuner is older and, above all, more mature,” explains the former Let’s Dance candidate proudly about the development of his character. But he could also understand that stories are told at some point.
