Not so long ago, little cadets were the ideal of beauty. Now your bottom can be proud: the juicier, the better! Thanks to the fitgirl trend and the Kardashians, big buttocks are in. One woman is naturally blessed with a firm derriere, while another has to put in a little more work. Do you fall into the latter category and are big butts what you want? Nutrition for beautiful big buttocks

One way to get a big butt is to eat a lot of (unhealthy) food. That may give you a bigger butt, but not a firm and round butt. In addition to training your buttocks, you can also get a big booty with the right diet.

  • Avoid fast food and unhealthy snacks.
  • Eat good carbohydrates: whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, potatoes and brown rice or use meal prep meals
  • Eat extra proteins: for example a protein shake. This gives your muscles building blocks to grow and recover.
  • Eat lots of fruit and vegetables for extra vitamins.
  • Eat good fats: nuts, seeds, fish and olive oil.

Exercises for beautiful big buttocks

Training your buttocks is a second way to get big buttocks. It’s not rocket science and you don’t need a gym membership for it. If you want big buttocks, you have to ensure that the fat is converted into muscle. Then they become firmer and fuller. Anyone can do these exercises!

1. Tighten your buttocks

You can do this exercise anywhere and anytime. Whether you are sitting in your office chair or waiting for the bus. Tighten your glutes regularly. Put on some music and tighten them to the rhythm of the music, so training your buttocks becomes fun too!

2. Squats for big buttocks

Every self-respecting fit girl knows that squats are the ideal exercise for a beautiful, plump buttocks. Are you not (yet)? No problem. You can also easily do squats at home. Hold a stick or bar (possibly with weights) and place it on your shoulders. Slowly bend to your knees, keeping your back straight. Stop when your legs form a 90-degree angle and then slowly come up. Once you have mastered this well, you can train your buttocks and legs even better by lowering yourself deeper.

3. Lunges

Lunges are the perfect workout for creating a beautiful, plump buttocks. And here’s how you do it: stand upright with your feet slightly apart. Now take one step forward with your right leg and sink as low as possible, but do not let your knee touch the ground. Now slowly place your right foot next to the other. Now repeat the same with your left leg.
