YouTuber Giovanni Latooy, better known as Gio, is exchanging his villa in Krimpen aan de Lek in South Holland for a new villa in Sint-Willibrord.
Gio Latooy
The originally Rotterdam YouTuber started making gaming videos on YouTube when he was thirteen, and it quickly grew into a great success. What started as a hobby grew so big that a few years later you even decided to quit school to follow his dream career as a famous and daily vlogging Dutchman. His YouTube account now has no less than 1.38 million subscribers and his vlogs are viewed between 100,000 and 200,000 times a day.
Increasing value
The largest villa in Krimpen aan de Lek in South Holland was inhabited by the YouTuber for about four years, but will soon be for sale. Gio’s real estate agent has already given a sneak peek on social media: the asking price for the house on the Breekade is almost 1.8 million euros. That is considerably more than Gio paid for it four years ago: he bought the house for 1.2 million euros. In these four years, the value of the house has increased by about 600,000 euros. For this amount, the new owner will get a house that is completely ready to move into. The property is detached and recently completely renovated. It has a large garden with a brand new swimming pool and a drive-in garage with a glass wall. This allows you to view the car from the inside. Gio Latooy himself had parked his Ferrari for you to view.
A villa for a villa
But don’t worry (if you already did): Gio Latooy may be selling this villa, but he’s getting a new one in return. Last April, he bought a villa in Sint-Willibrord, Brabant, where he lives with his new girlfriend, influencer Lynn Hermanussen. Lynn comes from Mill, Brabant, so it makes sense that she wanted to live a little closer to home. The couple also recently announced big news: they are expecting a baby. Their first child led to the couple wanting to make a fresh start in a new and beautiful environment. The villa in Sint-Willibrord had an asking price of 2,295,000 euros, but what he ultimately paid for it is not yet known. We do know that this house has optimal security, the highest energy label (A++++) and no fewer than a hundred solar panels. Furthermore, the living area is no less than 471 square meters.
