Kelly van der Minne, participant of Love Island season 1, is looking for love again. But which program is she participating in?

Maybe we should remind you: in 2019, the first season of Love Island Nederland was released. One of the participants during that period was Matthy, who had been busy with various female participants in the villa from day one. Aleksandra, Rowéna and Melany were all very nice, but he didn’t feel it as real love. Until Kelly entered the Love Island villa: the sparks flew and it was a hit between the two from the very first moment. After a while, they got into an official relationship, and this went so well that they moved in together a few months later. Unfortunately, the couple broke up again in 2020.
Other program
Kelly has not lost faith in love, and she proves this once again by participating in another dating show. ‘FBoy Island’ as the show is called, is about three female contestants who have to find out which men are really looking for love, and which are only after the cash prize. There was already a season of FBoy Island, and season two, in which Kelly and her fellow contestants appear, will be available from August 15 on Prime Video.

Do we know more people who will participate in this program? We already know Kelly of course, known from Love Island Nederland season 1. She graduated as a psychologist and uses this for her spiritual ceremonies and coaching. She lives in the Netherlands and Ibiza, and therefore prefers someone who is just as crazy about traveling as she is. Her message to the FBoys is: ‘I am looking for a real connection and with my background in psychology I hope to get you out of it.’
Then we have Ella: a Communication and Diplomacy student who has done research on the representation of pro-feminist men in television series or better – which men set a good example. She has little faith in love due to a long-term relationship in which multiple cheating occurred. She is mainly looking for someone who is intelligent and ambitious. Her message to the FBoys is: ‘As a real girl’s girl, we are going to support each other. We are really done with players. They need to be tackled and we will do that with pleasure.’
The third participant is Irene, who has also participated in a dating show once: she participated in the Dutch version of Are You The One in 2021. She has only had one relationship, but otherwise only attracts FBoys, as she puts it herself. She wants to make it clear to the FBoys of the program that: ‘We as women are not going to let ourselves be driven crazy. We are looking for true love. I am looking for a real connection. I can’t wait to unmask you!’
