“We can’t wait to reveal more!”
Great news for Princess Laurentien and her daughter Eloise: their clothing store, which they opened earlier this year, will soon be expanding! A little preview is already given on the Instagram of My Lima Lima.
Men’s collection
“💙 MEN OH MEN 💙,” the clothing store’s post reads. “Your excited questions about expansion have led us to take things to the next level! We can’t wait to reveal more and make My Lima Lima even more inclusive. Stay tuned for updates!”

A bit cryptic of course, but the store really seems to hint at a second-hand men’s collection. Will we soon be able to get our hands on father Constantijn’s old polo shirts or uncle Willem-Alexander’s shirts? We are curious!
Own clothing store
Earlier this year, Laurentien and Eloise opened their clothing store in The Hague. And of course, it’s not just any store, no: My Lima Lima sells only high-quality second-hand clothing and accessories. Lau and Elo donate the proceeds to charity. As it should be, royals who work for a better world.
The idea for the shop came from Princess Laurentien, during a period when she worked a lot with victims of the benefits scandal. “That was a time when I was only working. I was only dressed in black and dark blue, and not at all concerned with myself,” she said. “I work with a lot of people who have very little. Then every time you open your closet you think: it’s just hanging there. What if I sell it and give the proceeds to charities that can help people who need it?”
