With socks
A loafer should of course be worn with socks, but contrary to what is sometimes thought, your socks may also be seen! In fact, many people take their look to a higher level with this. A black loafer looks great with a white sock, but you can also play with color. Although there is of course nothing wrong with an invisible ankle sock.
