Summer ready!
Princess Sofia shared a touching family photo on Instagram yesterday. In the photo, she poses with her husband Prince Carl Philip and their three sons: Prince Alexander (8), Prince Gabriel (6) and Prince Julian (3), and dog Siri. The star of this sweet snapshot? That was Prince Julian, who managed to steal the show with his hilarious facial expression.
Summer greetings
The Swedish royals posed for a cheerful snapshot, which they shared via their Instagram account @Prinsparet. Our attention was immediately drawn to the youngest prince. With his adorable facial expression, he knows how to draw attention to him. The family is completely in summer mode and are pictured summer-ready in casual fits and bare feet. They write under the post: “We wish you a nice summer!”

Earlier in June, images of Prince Julian in his playground also appeared. The playground was a christening gift for the prince. Here too, we are completely blown away by his amusing expressions.
Young princes
Prince Julian is the royal couple’s third son. He was born in 2021. Eldest son Alexander was born in 2016 and poses with a sweet arm around his father. Son Gabriel sits between his father and mother. He was born in 2017. The Zwoyals regularly share sweet photos of their family via their Instagram account, and they keep us well informed about the ins and outs of their boys.
Despite the boys being members of the Swedish Royal Family, they are not part of the Royal House. They do retain their princely titles and duchies without the burden of official royal duties. Mum and dad are perfectly fine with this, by the way – it gives the princes more freedom to determine their own future. It makes a difference when you don’t have the pressure of the throne on your shoulders!
