We all want to earn a lot of money, but not spend too much time working. Well, that’s possible. We’ll show you how.
Crazy ways to make money
Research by YoungCapital in collaboration with research agency Motivaction shows that 47 percent of young people in the Netherlands would like a job with which they can earn a lot of money. We have come up with some crazy ways if you would like to earn a lot of money without having to put in too much effort. They come.
1. Cuddling
Okay, it sounds crazy, but you can cuddle and get money for it. How? Then you will have to go to Japan first. It may not be the fastest way to make money, but in Japan you get paid for being a professional cuddler. Sometimes this involves a simple standing hug, but it can also involve cuddling in bed. No sexual acts, but very nice cuddles. Who wouldn’t be happy about that?
2. Crying
Another crazy job: professional crier. Why can you get paid for that? Some families are afraid of a low turnout at a funeral, and therefore prefer to hire professional actors to fill the room somewhat. Are you going through a break up? Maybe you can cry away all your sorrows and make money doing something like that.
3. Rent out a house
Do you think you live nicely? You can rent out your home for photo shoots or films for a fee. That really doesn’t mean that you have to have a large villa with a swimming pool and sauna, any space will suffice. There are several websites where you can upload photos of the house, after which people can rent these spaces. Who knows, your living room might soon be on the big screen.
4. Furbies, Pokémon cards and savings cards
Old toys can be worth a lot of money. For example, an unused Furby in the box is easily worth $900, and even if they are used you can sometimes get hundreds of dollars for them. Pokémon cards can also be rare, costing up to thousands of euros. Do you still have savings cards, such as football cards or animal pictures? These can also often be rare, and sell for hundreds and thousands of euros.
5. Mystery shopping
If you are a mystery shopper, you visit all kinds of stores and test how you are treated as a customer there. If you are still under the age of eighteen, you can also test whether the store does age checks. Being a mystery shopper may not pay out the jackpot, but every little bit helps.
