In a recent TikTok video, Eline reveals her thoughts behind her untimely discovery. “You may wonder: how did I know so quickly that I would not be chosen in his speech? Fortunately, I am clairvoyant, so I actually saw it coming a mile away,” Eline jokes before telling the true story. “To be honest, I didn’t expect it. I thought at that moment, after our 24-hour date, that there was quite a chance that he would choose me. That’s what it really felt like at that moment.”
‘He’s not going to give me a rose’
But her security soon took a hit. As a fan of the earlier seasons of The Bachelor, Eline noticed a pattern in the way the final rose is awarded. She noted that the tone of the speech often reveals who is not chosen. “I thought: I’m just going to listen to what he has to say about me. And everything was sweet, everything was beautiful, everything was nice. I listened to that first, and then I thought: this doesn’t feel good, he’s going to treat me like this don’t give a rose.” And her intuition turned out to be correct, because ultimately Paul chose Josephine.

Not strange in the world of reality TV, Eline has previously appeared in another program. She starred as one of the models in the Holland’s Next Top Model program. Her participation ended early in the race after she refused to cut off her long locks during the infamous makeover episode.
