Positive news for the Archewell organization!
After the negative news about the Archewell Foundation, a positive update is now coming our way. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s organization quickly addressed and resolved the situation, which had temporarily placed them in delinquent status.

The Archewell organization was founded by Haz and Mag, with the idea of being able to be involved in charity in a royal way outside the royal family. The foundation is their charitable non-profit, which acts as an umbrella company for all of the two’s activities. The company consists of several parts, including Archewell Audio and Archewell Productions, for their Podcast and Netflix projects, among others.

The fund is said to have been contacted by American authorities, several sources reported this week. The tax return would have been submitted too late and an important check would also have been missing.
Earlier this month, the organization received a notice of delinquency and warnings of fines. This along with a threat of suspension or revocation of registered status from the California Department of Justice. Such a status can have major consequences for the organization. For example, the tabloid Page Six, which obtained the documents from the Californian state, reported that Archewell has been ordered to ‘stop raising and spending money’. Oh dear!
Dissolved
The bad reputation was soon cleared up after the mistake was corrected. “We have carefully investigated the situation and can confirm that The Archewell Foundation remains fully compliant and in good standing,” the spokesperson said. They assured that the payments were made quickly and in accordance with the government organization IRS. The papers were also said to have been submitted by the foundation without errors.
“I want people to know that not only are they following the rules, but the technical paperwork problem has been greatly exaggerated,” California Governor Gavin Newsom said. Shortly after the three-day tour of Nigeria, Harry and Meghan faced this setback. Now that everything has been straightened out, the couple can go on charity trips again without any worries.
