The TV program Bed & Breakfast is a hit with Dutch TV viewers every season. Every week a lot of people talk about the sometimes beautiful and sometimes less successful B&Bs. Although the first episode of the new season contains a B&B, which is very successful. Viewers on social media are responding en masse to the beautiful, oriental Bed & Breakfast of Debby and Willem in Limburg.
Debby and Willem in Bed & Breakfast
The new season of Bed & Breakfast has started again and is off to a good start. In the first episode we see the B&Bs of Linda & daughter Kim, Laura & Michel and Debby & Willem. And the latter’s Bed & Breakfast in particular is very popular with other B&B owners and TV viewers, as we see on social media.
Volendam residents Debby and Willem run B&B Agrabah in North Limburg, where nothing is as it seems. When you arrive there, you drive through an ordinary residential area. Then you immediately come face to face with a special garden. The palm trees immediately show that you are not dealing with a ‘normal’ Bed & Breakfast. No, Debby and Willem’s B&B is completely in Arabic atmosphere and the couple goes all out!
Arab atmospheres in Limburg
Debby and Willem both love traveling to exotic destinations. In addition, Willem is very fascinated by temperatures. That is why they decided to move to Limburg, where they wanted to create the ‘warmest place in the Netherlands’. Since it is generally warmer in Limburg than in other Dutch provinces, this is indeed a very logical place. Subsequently, they were regularly asked by friends where they could spend the night. As a result, Debby and Willem eventually came up with the idea for a Bed & Breakfast in an Arabic atmosphere. They were already working on a similar theme for their own home, so they might as well extend it to a B&B. And so little Morocco in North Limburg was born. “A bit of a 1000 and 1 nights atmosphere,” says Debby.
She is responsible for most of the things in the house. Thanks to all the beautiful oriental items and the many details in the architecture, you really feel like you are in a fairytale world in the B&B:
Viewers impressed
It is therefore no wonder that the reactions to Debby and Willem’s Bed & Breakfast are positive. “Wow! Very special,” Linda, for example, immediately responds upon arrival. After that, the compliments just flowed in. “This is so beautiful. It feels like I’m abroad or something,” Linda’s daughter Kim says later. Something that makes Debby and Willem very happy, because that is precisely the intention. The B&B owners clearly enjoy their stay in North Limburg. Afterwards they also have a good room rate for the couple. They first asked 125 euros for two people for one night. They can now do more of that if it is up to the other participants. Laura & Michel simply give the Volendam residents the room rate of 125 euros, but Linda & her daughter Kim add a tenner on top. They are willing to pay a room rate of 135 euros for this. Wow! And viewers on social media channel X will probably agree:
Inspiring, that 1001 Nights atmosphere, beautiful. #benb #bed and breakfast

Yes, so special. Two Volendammers in Limburg with a Moroccan (urban) theme.
Coincidentally where I am now very close because I recognized the ferry and church. #benb https://t.co/sjrrUlYudB— Puss! (@Poesjen1973) March 12, 2024

Congratulations to the young couple from Limburg. Beautiful how they have executed the Moroccan style in detail. An original extensive breakfast. And a good host and hostess. #benb #bed and breakfast
