The day of love is coming again. Cozy up with your lover under a blanket on the couch or alone with a bowl of chocolate ice cream. That includes a good film, but which film? We have put together a nice list for you.
Anyone But You
The hit of the past few weeks, ‘Anyone But You’. A funny romantic look-away film. Bea and Ben get to know each other and have a fantastic first date. This one just doesn’t end so fantastically. They never have to see each other again. Until they are both invited to a wedding in Australia. You have to think in terms of solutions if your ex and ex-fiancée are present at the wedding. Bea and Ben therefore choose to pretend to be a couple in love. Will that help Ben get his ex Margaret back? And does ex-fiancé Jonathan now leave Bea alone? Highly recommended and you won’t be able to get the song ‘Unwritten’ by Natasha Bedingfield out of your head for the next few weeks.
The Vow
‘The Vow’ is a true classic and should definitely be seen. Not only for the loving storyline, but also to admire the handsome Channing Tatum. Leo (Channing) and his wife Paige are madly in love. A car accident causes Paige to wake up from a coma with amnesia. She no longer recognizes her husband. Leo will ensure that Paige falls in love again and they grow old together.
To all the boys I loved before
Are you more into binging and one movie isn’t enough? You’re in the right place with ‘To all the boys I loved before’. It consists of three parts and is super easy to look away. Lara Jean secretly writes love letters, but these letters never leave her bedroom. Until the day her younger sister Kitty finds her letters and sends them all. The five boys she has/had a crush on turn her life upside down.
Don’t Breath
Is your partner breathtaking? Then ‘Don’t Breath’ is the film for you. A completely different film than the rest of the list. Are you not into sappy movies and would you rather watch a scary movie? Then choose this horror movie and cuddle up close to each other. It’s about a gang of young thieves who break into the home of a wealthy, blind veteran. The veteran may be blind, but he is not as helpless as the young thieves thought.
