Great news for Princess Laurentien and her daughter Eloise: their clothing store, which they opened earlier this year, is officially expanding! A new location of My Lima Lima will open soon, where a whole new collection will be offered.
Last month we already got a small preview, but now it’s finally here: My Lima Lima is getting a second location! The second-hand clothing store, founded by Princess Laurentien and Eloise van Oranje, is expanding with an extra branch especially for men.
My Lima Lima Men
“🎉 It’s official! We are proud to announce the opening of My Lima Lima Men in The Hague!”, the company’s Instagram reads. “We will soon share the exact date… A place where you can not only pick up and drop off men’s clothing, but also enjoy the best coffee 👔☕️ From now on, stylish high-end men’s clothing and accessories are also very welcome at our Hubs and in the store at Frederikstraat 16.”

With the announcement, Elo shares a number of snapshots from the new building, where clearly a lot of work still needs to be done. But the countess influencer already has the key in her hands!
Own clothing store
Earlier this year, Laurentien and Eloise opened their clothing store in The Hague. And of course, it’s not just any store, no: My Lima Lima sells only high-quality second-hand clothing and accessories. Lau and Elo donate the proceeds to charity. As it should be, royals who work for a better world.
The idea for the shop came from Princess Laurentien, during a period when she worked a lot with victims of the benefits scandal. “That was a time when I was only working. I was only dressed in black and dark blue, and not at all concerned with myself,” she said. “I work with a lot of people who have very little. Then every time you open your closet you think: it’s just hanging there. What if I sell it and give the proceeds to charities that can help people who need it?”
The fact that there is now also room for men’s collection indicates: My Lima Lima is doing good business. We are curious to see when this branch will open its doors. And whether we can also get our hands on father Constantijn’s old polo shirts or uncle Willem-Alexander’s shirts, of course!
