Nice weekend!
If your agenda is not yet full of winter walks, mulled wine dates or a wonderful piece of quality time with a good mug of tea, then we have good news! Glamial shares the best weekend tips for this week. Enjoy!
Enjoy music during ESNS
A grand music spectacle traditionally takes place in the city of Groningen in January. Once again this year, hundreds of artists of national and international stature will be present in the northern capital. In addition to local talent, established names show their skills at all kinds of locations throughout the city, so there is plenty of fun to be had!

For example, the Eurovision winners of 2022, Kalush Orchestra, will play a free show on the local Grote Markt tonight, and Roxeanne Hazes will give a spectacular performance there on Saturday afternoon. Curious about what else will be there to see? You can find the full program here.
Visit Viva la Diva
You may be familiar with the story of Florence Foster Jenkins – the opera diva who was unaware of how out of tune she actually sang. After Meryl Streep took on her role in a film in 2016, this legend is now brought back to life in Dutch theaters with the performance Viva la Diva!
Frédérique Sluyterman van Loo will take on the leading role and pay tribute to Jenkins in no fewer than 30 Dutch live (false) performances. “The audience’s ears will be tickled, their laughing muscles will be tense, but their hearts will also be warmed,” said the producer.
Would you like to order tickets for one of the hilarious performances immediately, just like the Glamial editors? Then look here.
Viewing tips
Would you rather stay indoors with a cup of tea in hand? We get it! Plenty of fun stuff has also appeared on the streaming platforms this week. For example, you can now enjoy the comedy No Hard Feelings on Netflix, starring Jennifer Lawrence.
Now that RHOAMS has ended, do you need an extra dose of reality drama? The thirteenth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was released today on Videoland. In addition, the fourth season of Big Brother started last week, and you can watch the comings and goings of the residents live via Videoland.
