Transformation
Adele underwent an impressive transformation a few years ago – both inside and out. In 2020, the singer posted a photo of herself on Instagram showing that she has lost a lot of weight. According to her ex-trainer Pete Geracimo, Adele’s goal was not to lose weight. ‘Adele just wants to get healthy. She’s not concerned about being thin.’ Adele started exercising a lot and living a healthier lifestyle because she wants to be a role model for her son. ‘She does this for herself and for her son Angelo. That is it.’
